This implementation plan consists in the rearrangement of two different areas who have only a little connection; the overall area is about 70.000 sqm. . The first one is close to old town, and is dedicated to residence building, retail trade arcades and services; the second one, next to a food industry plant will be a shopping mall with department stores. The plots have a homogeneous design, emphasized by a sequence of pedestrian walks and open spaces connected with the system of River Chiascio Linear Park.
