Former Sugar Refinery area in Battipaglia (Salerno), Italy - 2006

Recovery of the former manufacturing area in the center of the city, designing a residential neighbourhood of a great value. The complex  is a sort of a wide green court, with terrace houses looking towards the garden. The built surface is about 25.000 sqm approx with underground parking lots and a nursery school for public use.
