The intervention, promoted by the Public Administrations, is part of a Development Plan of private venture and belongs to a Program Agreement for the Tourist Development  of a pool of small and medium companies. It consists in a residential and hotel complex nearby the historic Certosa di San Giacomo, in which are provided 150 small units plunged in the green, a vinery, an oil mill, sporting facilities and a riding school, and the historical ‘700s routes on the surrounding hills are restored to eco-touristic use.
Particular attention is given to the design of landscape and the improvement of local traditional agriculture, with the realization of tasting products points.
