The Master Plan aims to regenerate a dismissed military base of 150.000 sqm. characterized both by archeological preexistences and underground fuel cisterns of the prewar period. The plan strives to set a system made up of a Park equipped with cultural and leisure facilities, as museum, theater and SPA, built over the site of former cisterns. The park will be a reference point for the city and for the whole area Flegrea, full of historical relics.
