The project defines a new residential and hospitality cluster of about 8.600 sqm.  near a golf course on the hills in the outskirts of Perugia, restoring the little original historic country settlement  and reconverting the farmhouse in a restaurant. The surrounding country area is reconverted in a landscape park with horse riding paths, hiking facilities and an open air theatre used for jazz perfomances.
