The project provides the conversion of a humble industrial area situated on the waterfront of the Pozzuoli Gulf, with the realization of a scientific and technologic park, high level tourist and commercial services. The area is situated in a strategic position at the feet of a natural rocky terrace next to the future Parco Urbano Archeologico and it is connected to an interchange center which hosts parking lots for the close ferry of the “Molo Caligolano”. The project area is located  outside the line of 80 meters from the sea shore, and round up to a volume of 245.000 sq. m.
