This implementation plan of private venture is for a complex of approx. 80 turnover touristic residences, and is located on a panoramic plot hanging over Garda Lake. The area is under the supervision of Environmental Conservation Regional Board, and the project takes care of the proper insertion of the buildings in landscape and at looks for  the re-interpretation of local building typologies. Building technologies will comply with  sustainable criteria for energy conservation.
